Izabela Badurek is a Polish MMA fighter, who competes in the Flyweight division. She formerly competed in the UFC and TFL. Her professional MMA record is 8-7-0 (W-L-D)
Izabela Badurek was born on July 11, 1991, in Lublin, Poland. She started practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Judo at an early age. Currently, Izabela Badurek is a Judo Brown Belt. She turned to MMA in 2012 and competed in different promoters.
Izabela Badurek made her professional MMA debut on December 2, 2012, at WFMMA 2 – West Fighting MMA. She fought versus Klaudia Apenit and lost by TKO in Round 3.
Despite the negative start of her career, Izabela Badurek had a second fight just a month later on January 13, 2013. She took part at PLMMA 11, fighting against Anna Urbanowicz. Izabela Badurek won by an armbar submission in Round 1. In 2013, she had another three MMA fights – winning versus Anna Januszewska at EFS 3 (by armbar submission in Round 1) and Weronika Zygmunt at TFL 1 (by arm-triangle choke submission in Round 1), and losing from Martyna Czech at Only 1 – Martial Arts Gala 3 (by unanimous decision).
Next year she had two more wins versus Marzena Horoszko at TFL 5 / PLMMA 36 (by rear-naked choke submission in Round 1) and versus Zaira Dishekova at ACB 13 (by armbar submission in Round 1)
Izabela Badurek signed with the UFC in February of 2015, debuting on April 11, 2015, versus Aleksandra Albu. Unfortunately, she lost by guillotine choke submission in Round 2. This was the only fight she had in the UFC but impressed with her style.
Izabela Badurek continues her career in 2016 at PLMMA 63 / ACF 8 event, fighting against Isabelle Pare. She won by TKO in Round 1.
On December 15, 2017, she took part at LFN 7 – Double Trouble 1 event, losing her fight versus Zarah Fairn dos Santos by TKO in Round 1.
In 2018, Izabela Badurek had two more fights at TFL 13 and 14 fight nights. She won versus Barbara Nalepka by TKO and lost from Judyta Rymarzak via unanimous decision.
Next years, she took part in FEN events. She lost her fight with Katarzyna Lubonska at FEN 25 by split decision, won versus Anita Bekus at FEN 30 by split decision. In March 2021, she lost from Katerina Shakalova at FEN 33 by unanimous decision.
