Rachael Ostovich (born February 25, 1991) is an American mixed martial artist, born February 25, 1991. She formerly competed in the UFC lightweight category.
Rachael Ostovich began her non-professional MMA career in 2010. Over the next three years, she accumulated an unbeaten amateur MMA rating of 6-0.
Rachael Ostovich made her MMA professional debut in January 2014 in her native Hawaii. Her rating is 1-1 before joining the Invicta Championships. In August 2017, he was one of the fighters featured on The Ultimate Fighter 26, where the process to crown the UFC’s inaugural 125-pound women’s champion will take place. In the opening round, Rachael Ostovich defeated Melinda Fabian by rear-naked choke submission. In the quarterfinals, she faced Barb Honchak and lost the bout via unanimous decision.
After signing with the UFC, Rachael Ostovich debuted versus Karine Gevorgyan on UFC – The Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale. She won the fight by armbar submission in the first round. However, her next fights were quite unsuccessful, registering 3 consecutive losses – from Montana De La Rosa at The Ultimate Fighter 27 Finale (by rear-naked choke submission), from Paige VanZant at UFC Fight Night 143 (by armbar submission), and from Gina Mazany at UFC on ESPN 18 (by KO). Following her bad series, Rachael Ostovich was released from the UFC in December 2020.
