Shinju Auclair is an American MMA fighter of Japanese descent, who competes in the Flyweight division. She was born on October 29, 1993, in San Francisco, California, United States.
Shinju Auclair started her MMA career with amateur fights. She took part in IFL 66 and KnockOut Promotions 56, where won versus Larkyn Dasch (by a unanimous decision) and Alyssa Lawrence (by TKO), respectively. The good performance she had, gave her the opportunity to turn professional.
Shinju Auclair made her professional MMA debut on July 30, 2017, versus Sheena Brandenburg at the Rizin Fighting World Grand Prix 2017 – Bantamweight Tournament: 1st Round. She won the fight by armbar submission in Round 1. Thus Shinju Auclair qualified for the finals of the Rizin Fighting World Grand Prix 2017, where won versus Chelsea LaGrasse by armbar submission in Round 1.
On December 31, 2018, she lost from Justyna Haba at Rizin 14 event by rear-naked choke submission in Round 2.
